I have also chosen a different path with this piece of research and chose to include the movie Wild Style. The main thing that made me want to include this, is that half way through the intro credits it changes to a cartoon style. I'm not sure if I would want to re-create this in my movie, however I do like the head shot of the charecter on the below screen shot as you can really see his emotions and it makes the viewer want to see more of what is about to happen to him.
